School Information

Our Children

At Woodhouse we all work as a team and our children are valued members of that team. Through our school council and other means they are involved in the running of the school.

We encourage our children to express their views and opinions and I am pleased with the thoughtful way they do this. One of the ways we do this is by giving the children questionnaires. This is our latest. There was a very strong consensus of opinion. Here is a selection of the children's answers.

We have discussed the issues raised on improvng our school. We are in the first stage of setting up a new ICT suite and school library and the new two classroom mobile is in place and due to be opened shortly.

The class and school councils continue to discuss ways to make our school better.

All our children have the opportunity of a wide range of after school activities this year. Some children commented it is hard to choose especially as sometimes there are two clubs on one night. Our activities have been enhanced and extended by our sports partnership with Flixton High School
